a) An Order Amending the Budget of the McAllen Public Utility Board of Trustees for the Fiscal Year 2007/2008 Effective October 1, 2007, by Providing for an Increase in Expenditures to-wit: $636,000 for Rebudgeting Balance of 2006-2007 Budget Estimate and Additional contingencies for the Construction of the 8th and Quince Lift Station within the Sewer Depreciation Fund; $70,000 for Emergency Expenditures Associated with the 8th & Quince Lift Station from the Sewer Operations Fund; and Providing for an Effective Date.
