E) Consider authorization to declare certain irrigation system components from Palm View Golf Course as surplus and authorization to sell.
I) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for funding under the Fiscal Year 2014 Retail Food Program Standards Grant Program for Health Inspection trainings.
