A) REZONINGS:

1. Rezone from R-1 (single family residential) District to R-3A (multifamily residential apartments) District:  29.70 acres out of Lots 11, 12, and 13, Section 233, Texas-Mexican Railway Company’s Survey Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 12500 North Rooth Road.

2. Rezone from R-1 (single family residential) District to R-2 (duplex-fourplex residential) District:  3.594 acres out of Lots 103 & 104, La Lomita Irrigation and Construction Company Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 4101 Buddy Owens Boulevard.

A) Approval of Minutes for August 6th, 8th Budget Meetings and August 27th Workshop and Regular Meeting.

B) Consideration and Approval to purchase one new 2018 Case 580NEP Backhoe Loader for the Parks and Recreation Department. 

C) Consideration and Approval of TxDOT Routine Airport Maintenance Program Grant for FY 18-19.

D) Consider Approval of Resolution in Support of strengthening the Texas Trauma Network. 

3. BIDS/CONTRACTS:

A) Award of Contract for El Rancho Santa Cruz Subdivision Drainage Improvements.

B) Award of Contract for Construction of Municipal Pool Restroom Facility Renovation.

C) Award of Contract for Professional Services for the McAllen Automotive Expansion to include elevator.

D) Consideration and Authorization to select Top Ranked Consultants and Commence Negotiations for Scope and Fee Schedules for Various Drainage Improvements – 2018 Bond.

E) Approval of Purchase for Holiday Lighting along 10th Street through TIPS Cooperative.
