A) Consideration and Possible Approval of an Ordinance Regulating Car Ports with Special Exceptions instead of Variances.

5. RESOLUTIONS:

A) Amending Resolution No. 2017-02 to reflect and accept actual increased grant funds from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Division of Emergency Management under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for funds provided through the Presidential Disaster Declaration DR-4272 from severe statewide flooding for flood mitigation projects.

B) Consideration and possible action to approve investment, banking, and other related resolutions and documents to replace Susan Lozano (Finance Director) in such positions.
