1. Rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) District to C-1 (office building) District: Lot 12, Block 3, Milmor Addition, Hidalgo County, Texas; 1718 Maple Avenue.

2. Rezone from R-2 (Duplex-Fourplex Residential) District to C-1 (Office Building) District: Lot 13, Block 3, Milmor Addition, Hidalgo County, Texas; 1720 Maple Avenue.

B) REZONING:

D) Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McAllen.
