5. RESOLUTIONS:

A) Consider and possible action to approve a resolution of support and letter for consideration of reduced fees no less than $500 for Madhouse Development's Tax Credit Application for Avanti at Jackson Project for families proposed at 3303 Jackson Road.

B) Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution of support and letter for consideration of reduced fees no less than $500 for Madhouse Development's Tax Credit Housing senior project - Avanti Legacy at Jackson located adjacent to 3303 Jackson Rd.

C) Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution of support and letter for consideration of reduced fees no less than $500 for Texas Grey Oaks, LLC Tax Credit Application for Nolana Villas near the southeast corner of E. Nolana Ave. and N. K Center Street.

D) Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution of support and letter for consideration of reduced fees no less than $500 for Texas Grey Oaks, LLC Tax Credit Application for Nolana Terrace project near the southeast corner of E. Nolana Ave., and N. K Center Street.
