B) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

1. Request of City of McAllen, for a Conditional Use Permit for Life of the Use, for an Institutional Use (Transit/Parks & Recreation Facility) at a 23.745 acre tract of land out of Lots 18 and 19, Block 1, C.E. Hammond’s Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 4600 N. 23rd Street.

C) Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McAllen.

C) Award of Contract to SAM Engineering and Surveying (SAMES), Inc. for professional engineering services related to FY 2019-2020 Drainage Utility Fee Projects.

D) Consideration and Approval of the CCN Buy-Out Agreement for the acquisition of approximately 76 acres from Sharyland WSC to McAllen Public Utility.

E) Ordinance providing for a Budget Amendment to increase contribution to MXLAN Event.

F) Ordinance providing for a Budget Amendment for Air Service Incentives.

G) Consideration and Approval of a variance to the Parkland Dedication Ordinance for fees in lieu of land for the Grove Subdivision.

H) Consideration and Approval of a variance to the Parkland Dedication Ordinance for fees in lieu of land for Avanti at Emerald Point.

4. RESOLUTION:

A) Resolution Nominating McAllen Hospitals, L.P., to the Office of Governor for Designation as a Qualified Business and Enterprise Project under the Texas Enterprise Zone Program.

A) Consideration of a Variance Request to the 800 ft. Block length requirement at Stone Ridge Estates Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 8800 North 29th Street.
