B) Consideration and Approval of Change Order No. 1 for the Quinta Mazatlan Exterior Door Renovations.

C) Consideration and Approval of Contractual/Lien Agreement for Trosper Road Paving & Drainage Improvements through the limits of J. Leal Subdivision.

D) Consideration and Authorization to remove 1st and 2nd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Uncollectible Sanitation Accounts from the General Ledger and begin Write-off procedures.

E) Ordinance providing for a Budget Amendment for General Depreciation Fund Rolling Stock.

F) Ordinance providing for a Budget Amendment to the Sanitation Fund for Storage Building Construction.

G) Resolution authorizing support and commitment for the Jackson Road Hike & Bike Trail Project Phase II Expansion under the Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization's 2018-2019 Transportation Alternatives Program.

H) Amendment of Resolution No. 2018-17 to reflect and accept actual grant funds from the Texas Office of the Governor for funding under FY 2018 State Homeland Security Program for Regular Projects.

I) Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a Subrecipient Grant Award from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Division of Emergency Management under the FY 2018 Emergency Management Performance Grant.

J) Resolution authorizing the acceptance of grant funds from the Texas Department of Transportation for the FY 2019 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program’s Impaired Driving Mobilization (STEP-IDM) Campaign.

A) Consideration and Approval of Change Order No. 1 City Hall MDF Room Renovation and Budget Amendment Request.

B) Consideration and Approval of Change Order No. 4 for 29th Street Extension Project (from Oxford to SH 107).

4. ORDINANCES:

A) Providing for a Budget Amendment for funding the purchase of loose equipment for Engine 2,3, & 5.

B) Providing for a Budget Amendment for repairs of ARFF Unit.

C) Providing for a Budget Amendment for General Fund and Sanitation Fund to FY 17-18 to Purchase Emergency Response Equipment.

D) Consideration and possible approval of an ordinance updating retail food permit fees.

E) Consideration and possible approval of an amendment to the digging out ordinance to add clarifying language regarding what constitutes an offense.

F) Consideration and possible approval of an amendment clarifying the maximum allowable campaign contributions to a candidate for election to the office of Mayor or City Commissioner of the City of McAllen.

5. RESOLUTION:

A) Resolution and Letter Supporting Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC) Grant Submittal to Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization (HCMPO) for Transportation Alternative Program.
