1. Request of Dagoberto Quintanilla for a Conditional Use Permit, for a year, for a nightclub at the 0.66 acres out of Lot 16, Block 3, C.E Hammond Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 2203 South 23rd Street.

2. Request of Harry Chilingirian, DBA Snakehead, for a Conditional Use Permit, for a year, for a bar (restaurant) at Lot 2, Mejia #1 Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 2002 Nolana Avenue.

1. Request of Trinidad Rocha on behalf of The Grand Social Club, LLC., for a Conditional Use Permit, for a year, for a bar (social club) at Lot A, Arapaho Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 4108 North 10th Street, Suite 700.  (Tabled)

2. CONSENT AGENDA: (All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Governing Body and will be enacted by one motion. A) Approval of Minutes of Workshop and Regular Meeting held June 10, 2019.

B) Award of multiple service contracts for Contract-Labor for Mowing of Weedy Lots.

C) Award of Service Contract for the pick-up of used tires, Rubber Scrap Removal and Disposal/Recycling Services.

D) Consideration and Approval to remove 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year 2018-19 Uncollectible Sanitation and Drainage Accounts from General Ledger and begin Write-Off procedures.

E) Award of Supply Contract for the purchase of Tires.

F) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Transportation for funding under the Fiscal Year 2019 Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Transportation Discretionary Grant Program for Improvements at Anzalduas International Port of Entry.

G) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to Department of Homeland Security for Fiscal Year 2019 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program.

A) Award of Service Contract for Construction Materials Testing (CMT) & Geotechnical Engineering Services.

B) Award of Contract for McAllen Heritage Center Restroom Remodel.
