3. BIDS/CONTRACTS:

A) Consideration and Approval of an Inter-Fund Loan Agreement for the land purchase of 23.74 acres for the Parks Facility and Transit Bus Barn.

B) Selection of Firm and Authorization to negotiate for Professional Architectural Services for the design of the Automotive Expansion and Elevator Design.

7. TABLED ITEM(S):

A) Consideration of variance request for construction of public improvements along Sarah Avenue for the limits of proposed Subdivision IDEA South of McAllen.

B) Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of McAllen at Chapter 138 (“Zoning”), Article Iv (“Conditional Use Permits”), Section 112 (“Approval, Procedure, Responsibility And Appeals.”) and Section 118 (“Requirements Of Conditional Use”) by changing the notice requirement, adding event centers and changing the distance requirement; providing for publication; providing for severability, and ordaining other provisions related to the subject matter hereof.

A) Providing for Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan and Strategy, including Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan for CDBG and HOME Programs.

B) Providing for substantial amendments to Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Action Plan for CDBG Programs.

C) Providing for substantial amendments to Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Annual Action Plan for CDBG Programs.
