B) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

1. Request of Jorge D. H) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to Texas State Library and Archives Commission for funding under the Fiscal Year 2019 Impact Grant Program for the printing and binding of instructional materials to support McAllen Public Library’s Get Started with Computer Basics Program.

I) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to Texas State Library and Archives Commission for funding under the Fiscal Year 2019 Impact Grant Program for expansion of McAllen Public Library’s STEM & Storytime Backpack Program.
