4. ORDINANCES:

A) Discuss and Approve an ordinance calling a bond election to be held on May 5, 2018 to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.  Ordenanza convocando una eleccion que se efectuara el 5 de mayo, 2018 para autorizar el uso de bonos de obligacion general.

B) Consider adoption of an ordinance vacating, abandoning and closing a portion of a 40 foot road right of way at the southeast corner of Trenton and 2nd Streets.

5. RESOLUTIONS:

A) Consideration and Approval of a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse costs of projects from obligations to be issued by the City of McAllen and other matters related thereto.

B) Consideration and Approval of a resolution of support for a rehabilitation project on Memorial Apartments at 501 E. Jasmine.
