1. Rezone from R-3A (multifamily residential apartments) District to C-4 (commercial industrial) District: Lot 2, Catalon Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 2724 North “J” Street.  

2. Rezone from C-3 (general business) District to R-3A (multifamily residential apartments) District: 4.94 acres out of Lot 149, La Lomita Irrigation and Construction Company Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 500 South Ware Road. 

3. Rezone from C-1 (office building) District to C-3L (light commercial) District: 1.98 acres out of Lot 141, La Lomita Irrigation and Construction Company Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 2100 North Ware Road.  

4. Request of Jonathan Rodriguez, for a Conditional Use Permit, for a year, for a bar at Lot 10, 21st Place Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 2005 Nolana Avenue.

B) Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McAllen.

A) Award of Contract for the 2018 Bond Group E Drainage Improvements.

B) Consideration and Approval of an Interlocal Agreement with County of Hidalgo for widening of FM 676 - Mile 5 (Auburn) from Taylor Road to FM 2220 Ware Road. 

C) Award of Contract for the 2019 Pavement Preservation Project.

4. ORDINANCE:

A) Ordinance providing for the abandonment of a 50.0 ft. by 535.52 ft, access easement being 0.615 of an acre tract of land out of Lot 129, La Lomita Irrigation & Construction Company Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 2812 North Ware Road.

5. VARIANCES:

A) Consideration of a Variance request to allow a street off-set, and a variance to the ROW dedication requirement at the proposed Old Pecan Grove Subdivision; 401 Pecan Boulevard.
