A) ROUTINE ITEM: (All Rezonings and Conditional Use Permits listed under this section come with a favorable recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. However, if there is opposition at the meeting or a discussion is desired, that item(s) will be removed from the Routine Items section of the agenda and will be considered separately.)

1. Request of David A. Lisauckis for a Conditional Use Permit, for a year, for a bar at Lot A-1, Nolana Tower Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 400 West Nolana Avenue, Suite H-1.

B) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

1. Request of the City of McAllen for a Conditional Use Permit, for eighteen months, for an institutional use (respite center) at W. 90’ of Lots 13 and 14 & All of 15 and 16, Block 12, McAllen Addition Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, 111 South 15th Street.

A) CONSENT COOP PURCHASES:

1. Consideration and Approval to use Buy Board to award contract to Greenscapes Six (G6) for the Tee Leveling and Bunker Reconstruction Project at Palm View Golf Course.

2. Consideration and Approval to use Buy Board to award contract to Thomas Turfgrass for the purchase of Latitude 36 Bermuda turf grass sod for the Palm View Golf Course Tee Leveling Project.

B) Ordinance providing for a Budget Amendment for the Tee Leveling and Bunker Reconstruction Project at Palm View Golf Course.

C) Approval of Minutes of Workshop and Regular Meeting held April 8, 2019.

D) Consideration and Approval of Change Order No. 5 to the existing contract for the Municipal Softball Park.

3. VARIANCES:

A) Consideration of a Variance Request for a reduction of costs for Bentsen Road Reimbursements through the limits of Bentsen Village Subdivision.

B) Consideration of Variance Requests to 1) the 600 ft. maximum length allowed for a cul-de-sac street, 2) the 800 ft. block length requirement, 3) sidewalk requirements, 4) street right-of-way and paving requirements at Proposed The Villas on Freddy Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 1400 Freddy Gonzalez Road.

C) Consideration of a Variance Request to the 800 ft. block length requirement at Villa Torre Estates at Ware Road Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas; 8700 North Ware Road.

D) Consideration of a sign Variance Request to allow a freestanding sign to exceed the allowable 300 sq. ft. maximum, at Lot 1A, One Nolana Center Subdivision, 1301 East Nolana Avenue.
